An industry professional with 15 years experience, Acacia Simone has a diverse knowledge of food - there are no idea's off limits.
Starting her career in fine dining, Acacia has worked with some incredible Chefs and Pâtissiers from across the world. Learning the art in telling a story with a dish or a menu, how to create an unforgettable experience. Studying the art of various world cuisines, with a strong influence from European cultures across all her creations.
In 2016, Acacia competed in 3 categories for World Skills Australia, representing the region at Nationals for Bakery, which lead Acacia to move into the baking industry, where "Cakes by Acacia Simone" was born.
