Tasting boxes are released in limited runs a few times a year. Upcoming dates are announced on my website and social media. 2026 potential* dates are:

All tasting boxes are shipped express post. If you're located in NSW, delivery is expected within 24-48hrs of the shipment date. If you're located interstate, it may take an extra day or so.
The cakes will be packages individually and cooler bricks surrounding them to keep them at a cool temp for the duration they are in transit.
In terms of the postal services, the "expected delivery" date is often an extra business day or two through the app as a contingency until it arrives at the next facility and their capacity. Once it's registered, the date generally updates.
The cakes and fillings are crafted for freshness and remain safe to enjoy for up to a week. Each order is shipped express with cooler bricks to maintain quality during transit. You can feel confident your cake will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Anyone is welcome to order a tasting box! They’re perfect for weddings, special events, or simply if you want to try my cakes before booking.
I offer gluten-friendly and dairy-free options where possible, but all items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Please let me know your needs when you order, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
All the cake flavours in the tasting box work well as cupcakes too. When deciding the flavours, keep in mind that the filling can be infused with the buttercream to compliment the cake, or it can be injected into the centre of the cupcake to add an oozing burst of deliciousness.
Tasting boxes feature a curated selection of flavours, not the full menu. This lets you sample some of my most popular and unique cakes, but if you have a specific favourite in mind for your event, we can discuss options when you book.
